Peter Conboy Financial Broker is a multi-agency intermediary with many years’ experience.
We hold agency agreements with the following Life Assurance companies.
Irish Life, Aviva Life and Pensions, Royal London, New Ireland and Zurich.
We offer advice based on a fair analysis of the market, and we arrange Life, Pension, Savings and investment products with the most suitable company on your behalf.
We also have an agency agreement for General Accident, Sickness and Medical insurances with April Insurance.

In order for Peter Conboy Financial Broker to make appropriate recommendations or to arrange appropriate policy applications, we would need to collect certain data from you.

Who are we sharing your data with? 3.8
We may pass your personal data on to third-party service providers contracted to Peter Conboy Financial Broker in the course of dealing with you. Data will not be held for longer than is necessary for the purpose(s) for which they were obtained. Peter Conboy Financial Broker will process personal data in accordance with our retention schedule. This retention schedule has been governed by our regulatory body, (Central Bank of Ireland) and our internal governance.

Withdraw consent 4.1
If we are relying on your consent to process your data you can withdraw this at any time – this does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on your consent before its withdrawal.

Failure to provide further information if need see Art 12(e) 4.3
If we are collecting your data for a statutory requirement (payroll) or to fulfill a contract (life policy or motor insurance policy) and you cannot provide this data the consequences of this could mean the contract cannot be completed or details are incorrect.

The Data Protection Officer/GDPR Owner is responsible for ensuring that the privacy notice(s) is correct and that mechanisms exist such as having the Privacy Notice(s) on Peter Conboy Financial Brokers  website to make all data subjects aware of the contents of this notice prior to Peter Conboy Financial Broker commencing collection of their data.
